Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel setting; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to work long hours occasionally; capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly; warm and friendly demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; fluency in English and Spanish preferred
