Position: Sous Chef job

About: The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Foods Department, assisting the Kitchen Management team in various responsibilities such as opening, closing, and inventory management. Other duties include maintaining high-quality food production standards, ensuring cleanliness, training staff, maintaining recipe standards, and managing food costs efficiently.

Requirements: BS degree in culinary science or related certificate preferred; 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef required; understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures essential; excellent kitchen and staff management skills necessary; ability to handle emergency situations efficiently; familiarity with industry best practices desired; working knowledge of MS Office and other software programs needed.
