About: ASM Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead the culinary team in delivering high-quality, efficient, and profitable food service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu design, production planning, staff supervision, and maintaining quality standards in a bustling food service environment.

Requirements: Certificate from accredited culinary school, college, or technical school; 3 or more years of hands-on experience; 1 or more years of Kitchen/culinary supervisory experience; ability to use and maintain basic food service and kitchen equipment; strong analytical and mathematical skills in the culinary profession; strong communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of staff; ability to work under limited supervision; flexibility with work hours as per function needs
