About: Iron Works, part of the Newport Restaurant Group, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. Known for its innovative take on American classics and extensive beer and cocktail program, Iron Works is deeply rooted in the historical fabric of Warwick.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service establishment; flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed; strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds; collaborative and team-oriented approach to creating a respectful workplace environment
