Requirements: Have Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience; Have two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking; Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; Ability to prepare varying quantities of set recipes by converting common measurements and equivalents; Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules; Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Ability to hear well amongst loud background noise; Meet state or provincial health-related requirements; Maintain food handlers permit as required by state or provincial regulations; Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
