Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry; maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws; advanced knife skills; ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind; strong decision-making abilities
