Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Must have two years of hotel or restaurant experience; a degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel, or Restaurant Management is desirable; ability to prepare and present meals using culinary principles; knowledge of food preparation techniques, storage, handling, and sanitation standards; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking effectively; basic math skills including calculations and algebraic concepts; food handling and sanitation certification; BASSET certification
