Position: Sous Chef job

About: As our Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Director of Culinary to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your management skills by leading a talented team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a great opportunity to get involved in an early-stage, rapidly growing startup, backed by the world’s top investors.

Requirements: You have 7+ years of food experience (5 or more years experience in a commissary kitchen, and high-volume food preparation is a plus); You’ve managed a team before and feel confident in building a strong high output culture; You’re hungry to learn new things and expand your current skillset; You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and will tackle any task that comes your way; You have strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices; You have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations; You’re bilingual (English & Spanish is a plus); Availability to work Wednesday – Sunday
