Position: Sous Chef II, Bridgestone Arena
About: Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will manage and supervise food preparation and the kitchen team, maintaining the high standards of Delaware North with a focus on high-end catering.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years’ culinary arts experience, including high-volume, high-end catering/banquets management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively; Flexible schedule availability
