About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group at Space 220, a renowned restaurant located in a well-known theme park in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to oversee production for both lunch and dinner services. This high-volume restaurant serves a prix fixe meal of three courses, emphasizing attention to detail and beautiful plate execution.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; three years’ culinary arts experience, including management roles; experience in high-volume, quality-oriented restaurant or banquets department; strong leadership and management skills; excellent volume cooking and presentation skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen computer production systems; excellent communication and multitasking abilities; flexible schedule availability; no degree required
