Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 or more years in the culinary industry, full-service hotel experience preferred; minimum of 2 years in a culinary leadership position; clear communication skills; ability to work productively with a team; high energy and positive attitude; formal culinary training preferred; TABC and Manager Food Handlers Certifications
