Position: Sous Chef Hourly

About: Marlow’s Tavern, a high-volume tavern offering chef-inspired food and quality cocktails, is currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their dynamic team.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of experience working in a scratch kitchen and as a prep or line cook; excellent interpersonal and team work skills; basic computational ability; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; able to taste food and beverage offerings, memorize and replicate food production procedures, and read prep and service recipes
