Position: Sous Chef Hourly

About: Marlow’s Tavern, a vibrant establishment known for chef-inspired food and quality cocktails, is currently looking to hire a dedicated Sous Chef for one of their busiest tavern locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a scratch kitchen with fresh ingredients and be excited about collaborating with a fantastic team every day.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in a scratch kitchen; minimum 2 years of prep or line cook experience; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; authorization to work in the US; reliable transportation; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; basic computational ability; willingness to taste food and beverage offerings; ability to memorize and replicate food production procedures; familiarity with reading prep and service recipes
