Position: Sous Chef Hilton Galveston Island
About: The Hilton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to assist in coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in maintaining profitable F&B operations, ensuring high-quality products and service levels, providing training for staff, and controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and/or at least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; previous supervisory responsibility required; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
