Position: SOUS CHEF – HARD ROCK CAFE

About: Hard Rock International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Outlet Supervisor for Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing food preparation on all shifts to ensure quality food and guest satisfaction, coordinating with front-of-the-house staff to achieve food service goals in a dynamic casino environment.

Requirements: Minimum of 8 years progressive food preparation experience or completion of a culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship with 4 years of progressive food preparation experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; must obtain and maintain all relevant licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations; successful background check and drug screening; minimum age of 21; ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts
