Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education preferred; strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels; solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment; exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
