Position: SOUS CHEF – GARDE MANGER
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef – Garde Manger to join the team. The role involves coordinating and supervising the production and presentation of menu items for banquet events, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; high school diploma; must be able to obtain and maintain Health Card and any other required certifications or licenses; 3 years of experience as a manager in a high-volume kitchen; demonstrated experience in advanced kitchen skills and equipment; working knowledge of various food preparations and sanitation practices; ability to communicate effectively in English; strong interpersonal skills; availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted; maintain composure under pressure; interact effectively with guests and team members; work in a fast-paced environment.
