Position: SOUS CHEF – GARDE MANGER

About: The Venetian Resort is hiring a Sous Chef – Garde Manger to coordinate, plan, and supervise the production and presentation of menu items for Banquet events. The position requires maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations at all times.

Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma; Must be able to obtain and maintain Health Card and any other necessary certification; 3 years of experience as a manager in a high-volume kitchen; Demonstrated experience in advanced knife skills and kitchen equipment; Experience in ARIBA ordering; Strong knowledge of food preparation practices and sanitation; Ability to communicate effectively in English; Strong interpersonal skills; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
