Position: Sous Chef, Full-time (Gilmour Academy Upper School)
About: AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to join as a Full-time Sous Chef at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH. The role offers the opportunity to work in a school kitchen that operates year-round, following the school schedule with weekends and evenings occasionally.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; two or more years of experience in a culinary lead role; experience in a high-volume catering environment preferred; ability to build relationships by actively listening and responding to client’s needs; adaptable to changing business conditions; comfortable working in fast-paced environments
