Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED; Minimum of 3 years in a similar position in an upscale banquet, hotel, or convention center setting with prior supervisory experience; State issued Health Certificate and immunizations are required; Technical proficiency and experience in food preparation methods; Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities; Solid decision-making skills and ability to creatively solve problems; Serve Safe certification; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and long hours; Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Must have a good sense of taste and smell; Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Physical dexterity for repeated movements and bending/stretching; Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
