Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC is seeking a Co Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinating the activities of cooks and other food-service associates. The role involves assuming responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a culinary role; ability to coordinate kitchen activities effectively; strong communication and leadership skills
