Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking. The role involves coordinating the activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and taking on responsibilities for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food-service environment preferred
