Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC, a renowned food service company, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking. The role involves coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates, as well as assuming responsibility for the kitchen and staff in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food-service role; ability to coordinate and lead a team effectively
