Position: SOUS CHEF | FULL TIME
About: The Fox Theatre in Atlanta, a premier venue for live entertainment, is looking for a qualified Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The theatre hosts a variety of performances and private events, boasting a rich history and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences through the Marquee Club and other offerings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of sous chef experience or 3+ years as a lead line cook in upscale environments; demonstrated experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of quality and safety; proven ability in cooking techniques, menu creation, and large-scale event preparation; current ServSafe Manager Certification and comprehensive knowledge of HACCP guidelines; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems; strong communication and collaboration skills with both kitchen staff and management
