Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC, a renowned company in the restaurant and retail industry, is seeking a reliable and skilled Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking. The role involves coordinating activities among cooks and food-service associates, as well as taking charge of the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or chef training preferred; previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role essential; ability to lead and collaborate with kitchen staff effectively; strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
