Position: Sous Chef- Full Time

About: Carowinds is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld while supervising kitchen staff, controlling costs, and developing menu items in alignment with company policies.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 – 10 years of culinary experience; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of knives, kitchen production equipment, and culinary work; basic computer skills; willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as required by state and company policies
