Position: SOUS CHEF | FULL TIME
About: The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will oversee culinary operations including the Marquee Club, concessions, and catering, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service. This role involves menu creation, kitchen management, and maintaining Fox Theatre brand standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of sous chef experience or 3+ years as a lead line cook in upscale environments; Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen staff, leadership skills, and culinary expertise; Current ServSafe Manager Certification and HACCP knowledge; Proficiency in menu development, food inventory management, and kitchen operations; Strong communication and collaboration abilities with kitchen staff and management.
