Position: Sous Chef (Full-time)
About: Oakmont, a renowned restaurant, is seeking a Sous Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen management team to oversee food preparation and ensure exceptional quality standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in culinary roles; demonstrated leadership skills; background in various service styles such as breakfast, fast casual, a la carte, banquet, and fine dining preferred; hands-on approach to work
