Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

This position involves helping the Executive Chef in food preparation, managing kitchen activities, and supervising food-service associates.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; previous experience in prep, culinary, ordering, and inventory; ability to coordinate and supervise kitchen activities; strong adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
