Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods. This role involves coordinating the activities of cooks and other food service associates, as well as assuming responsibility for the kitchen and food service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred; ability to coordinate and supervise kitchen activities; strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of food safety regulations
