Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Chartwells Higher Ed, a division of Compass Group North America, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef for Washburn University in Topeka, KS. The position offers a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm with the flexibility to work nights and weekends. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in food preparation, cooking, and overseeing kitchen activities and staff.
Requirements: At least 2 years of kitchen manager experience required; Banquet experience preferred.
