Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC, a renowned leader in the foodservice industry, is seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Sous Chef at their establishment. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking, while also coordinating activities of cooks and other food-service associates.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role; strong leadership and organizational skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
