Position: Sous Chef – Front Yard
About: We’re seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to support managing our kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for culinary arts, and have outstanding leadership skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen role, preferably in a restaurant or casino setting; Must possess a Nevada Health Card; Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively; A genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes; Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
