Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a $3M+ upscale-casual French or Continental cuisine restaurant; experience in running smooth kitchen operations to consistently produce high-quality food; display strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to lead, motivate, and develop teams; local candidates only
