Position: Sous Chef – Franchise

About: This hotel franchise is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in food planning, preparation, and production for various outlets within the hotel. The Sous Chef will work under the guidance of the Director of F&B to ensure high food quality, menu development, and budget management.

Requirements: Minimum of six years’ experience in the culinary field or equivalent education and experience; knowledge of safety programs and regulations; fluency in English with Spanish skills as a plus; ability to perform advanced kitchen math and basic computer skills; possession of an unexpired Food Handlers Safety Certificate; strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited standardization; proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities; capability to work independently and lead a kitchen team effectively; experience in menu development and implementation of innovative, healthy menus for guests satisfaction and value.
