Requirements: 5 years of related culinary experience including 1 year at the management level; experience in various food service operations such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, and healthcare; knowledge of food and industry trends, quality control, and safety standards; supervisory, leadership, and training skills; ServSafe or Department of Health Certification; proficiency in MS Office products including Excel; associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
