The restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine, offering a variety of traditional dishes such as pasta, sauces, pizzas, and desserts. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen; excellent cooking skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine; strong leadership and management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work independently and as part of a team; a passion for food and cooking
