About: Flint Restaurant, situated inside the Colcord Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in beautiful downtown Oklahoma City, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their upscale, casual restaurant featuring contemporary American cuisine. Requirements: Highly proficient in English language (bilingual in Spanish a plus); culinary education or equivalent on-the-job training; minimum of 3 years high-volume cooking experience; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment; physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and manipulate kitchen tools effectively
