About: Flik Independent School Dining, a leader in transforming private and independent school foodservice across 300 communities for over four decades, is seeking a Sous Chef for their facility in Natick, MA. Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience; institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities; ServSafe certified highly desirable
