Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers and software like Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification highly desirable
