Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen; thorough knowledge of Food Safety systems and procedures; food prep and knife skills; proficient in English, basic Spanish preferred; ServeSafe Certified
