Position: SOUS CHEF (EXEMPT)

About: Watermark Baton Rouge, a part of the Marriott’s Autograph Collection, is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their team. The hotel boasts a historic classic design and is housed in the iconic Old Louisiana National Bank building, featuring a blend of Art Deco and Greek Revival architecture elements. With murals by renowned artist Angela Gregory and a stunning view of the Mississippi River, Watermark Baton Rouge Hotel is a tribute to the city’s rich history and elegance.

Requirements: At least 4 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
