Position: Sous Chef – Employee Dining

Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required; one to three years previous supervisory experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department in a fast-paced luxury environment; ability to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays; ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems; proficiency in the English language; continuous standing and physical capabilities to handle kitchen production demands.
