Position: Sous Chef- El Jefe’s (Reno)
About: The Sous Chef position at Caesars Entertainment requires the ability to work on the line, cover for breaks, vacations, changeovers, and callouts. This role is next in command after the Assistant Room Chef in the absence of the Room Chef, emphasizing maintaining high quality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of cooking experience with some supervisory experience; good working knowledge of computer software including MS Word and Excel; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
