About: Le Mistral – Brasserie is currently looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills and a dedication to culinary excellence, working closely with the Head Chef to innovate menus, supervise food service, and lead the kitchen staff.
Requirements: Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or in a similar position within restaurant management; Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals; Knowledge of menu planning, food service techniques, and inventory management practices; Familiarity with dietary requirements and effective catering practices; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
