Position: Sous Chef – Corporate Dining
About: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese/Korean Chef to join our team. As a member of our kitchen, he or she will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate dining area, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well with others, including following direction from Executive Chef, in a fast-paced high volume environment.
Requirements: Knowledge of food production and presentation techniques (e.g. sushi); Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations; Ability to work well as part of a team; Great communication and organizational skills; Ability to help and support other kitchen staff; Strong leadership and supervising skills; A commitment to maintaining a high level of quality and presentation in all aspects of food preparation and service.
