Position: Sous Chef/Cook
About: Cogir Senior Living, a renowned senior living management company with 20 years of experience, is hiring a Sous Chef/Cook for Cogir of Kirkland, their premier retirement community. The Sous Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, staff management, meal preparation, and more in collaboration with the Director of Culinary Experience, ensuring a top-notch dining experience for residents.
Requirements: Culinary education preferred or equivalent experience; Serve Safe Manager certification; minimum 3 years of food preparation experience; minimum 1 year of management experience preferred; background in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus
