Position: Sous Chef, Concessions – Yankee Stadium

About: Legends & ASM Global, iconic companies in the sports, entertainment, and live events industry, are seeking a Sous Chef for Concessions at Yankee Stadium. The role involves overseeing all culinary operations with a focus on the Concessions Program, ensuring excellence in food production, operations, and sanitation throughout the facility.

Requirements: Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification; minimum 3 years experience in high-volume full-service food operation; proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies and quality; excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills; knowledge of kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance; detail-oriented, organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; flexible to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; openness to travel when required
