Requirements: Experienced Chef with dynamic leadership attributes; ability to manage a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 management-level sous; strong understanding of kitchen systems, inventory, scheduling, and ordering; creative problem solver with mentorship skills; mature, organized, and excellent communicator; reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine overseeing the daily kitchen operation with a focus on scratch masa program and wood-fired proteins.
