About: Allegiant Stadium, a renowned sports and entertainment venue, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing food production and service in the Club or Suite Level. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high culinary standards within the stadium environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment; strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
